The Author
Ed Henshall’s career has been an academic sandwich with a substantial industrial filling. Ed lectured in Physics within Further Education in the UK before moving into the automotive industry where he worked in both
Manufacturing and Product Design in a multinational automotive company before returning to Higher Education on a part-time basis. Ed is a former UK Royal Academy of Engineering Visiting Professor in Integrated System Design, holds a PhD in Physics, and is a qualified adult teacher.
